EMDR
Stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, clinically proven treatment for trauma, depression, performance anxiety, and more. EMDR uses alternating, bilateral stimulation to help your brain become unstuck from unhelpful patterns, emotionally activating life events, and paralyzing thoughts.
Couples Counseling

PCIT
Parent-Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT) is for children 2-7 years old. This parenting course and child counseling service is a structured therapy where the parent/s interact with their child through the use of play. Parent-Child Interactive Therapy is an evidence based, highly effective technique, and it facilitates the parent-child relationship and bond.
